We cater for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes alike and will do our very best to help you to achieve your training goals.

We understand that not everyone is at the same level, and will ensure that each individual receives the attention they need and deserve. We have different packages to choose from. Opt for a fully-coached all inclusive deal or use us as a training base during our open weeks.

Whether looking for a place to come by yourself, partner, family, or with your club to have a fun and productive training holiday, you've come to the right place. You can solely concentrate on your training and come home to nutritious, home-cooked meals. We cater for vegans, vegetarians, lactose- and gluten-intolerant diets. If you have any allergies just let us know.

Our itinerary varies depending on the group we have in the week, but expect guided bike rides, coached open water swims and track or trail runs! Anything you need, we'll do our best to provide.
