Tritopia Triathlon Camps do not set a rigid weekly itinerary. You will find that many camps do but it's not what we believe to be the best for our visiting athletes. All athletes have very different requirements from a camp. Training is highly personal.

Below are examples of some of our favourite sessions that will be on offer during your week. Pace and distance will be set according to ability and the race distance you're training for. We understand you'd like an idea of what's in store before committing, we hope this wets your appetite.
