Nice for frogs

Season 2017 is going to be a very exciting year for Tritopia we're really looking forward to working with Leanne and her family. Until now the running of Tritopia has been such a juggle with everything having to be done by limited hands, this year we'll have Leanne and myself on coaching, this will allow us to split groups easier making sure everyone has a group to suit their level. Leanne's a real early bird and can't wait to smash out the early swim sets with you, I'm looking forward to not having to cook, this will leave me time to do some talks in the evening over aperitifs.

We have a great couple to chef and host, Sam will be keeping everything running smoothly. And John will be tending the gardens and providing us with veg for the table. It all sounds too easy we can't wait to get started. Plus Leanne's parents when around are keen to join in, so the great family feeling we've created at Tritopia will be even better.

The pool is slowly coming back to some resemblance of a swimming pool and not the end of winter frog pond. The pool heater has broken so thats being sorted as we speak, when thats fixed it goes on night and day to bring the pool up to temperature for the first week in May.

I'm back training again and going for Ironman number 10 in Vichy, the fitness is slow in returning and I'm interested to see how I bounce back, if I bounce back.

Leanne's got loads of racing planned including the 70.3 worlds and her 2nd Ironman distance race in Austria. This will be Leanne's last year as an age grouper, as her coach and 2nd dad :-) I'm so proud of what she's achieved over the last few years and we all can't wait to see her race along side the pro women next year.

ok I gotta go see you all soon train smart and stay injury free Lee

nearly back to normal.

still a little work to get to this .
